Service Description

Consultation with a Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist to assess your options and answer your questions. The consultation rate is nonrefundable. However, while at Brow House Studio, if you book an initial permanent makeup service (touch-ups are not applicable) for a future date, the consultation rate will be deducted from the service price.
